Privacy Policy

1. Information You Provide in the App

PVE Client may ask you to enter connection settings for services you choose to add, such as Proxmox VE base URL, username, authentication realm, password, certificate preference, qBittorrent base URL, qBittorrent username, and qBittorrent password.

These settings are used to connect the app to infrastructure and services that you configure. NEBULACONNECTRA LLC does not sell this information.

In the current version, PVE Client does not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not upload your configured server credentials to NEBULACONNECTRA LLC servers.

2. Infrastructure and Service Data

When you connect PVE Client to your own Proxmox VE or qBittorrent service, the app may display operational information returned by those services, including node status, CPU, memory, storage, VM/LXC inventory, VM/LXC status, service availability, torrent counts, transfer speed, and related dashboard information.

This information is used to provide the app's monitoring and management features.

3. Local Storage

PVE Client stores configuration data on your device so the app can remember your service settings and enabled services. You can remove this information by changing settings, removing services, or uninstalling the app.

If you contact us for support by email, we may process your email address and the information you choose to include in your message so we can respond to your request.

4. Data Sharing

NEBULACONNECTRA LLC does not sell your personal data, server credentials, or service configuration. PVE Client is designed to connect directly to services that you configure.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of NEBULACONNECTRA LLC, our users, or others.

5. Third-Party Services

PVE Client interacts with third-party or self-hosted services only when you configure them, such as Proxmox VE and qBittorrent. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app. However, no software, device, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your own servers, credentials, networks, and devices.

7. Children's Privacy

PVE Client is not directed to children under 13, and NEBULACONNECTRA LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Choices

You may stop using PVE Client at any time. You may delete stored app data by removing configured services, clearing app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
